Timeline for Conferences & Events Intern Position:
- August 28th: Application Goes Live (application review on an on-going basis)
- September-October: Collect Interest & Attend Recruitment Fairs at local colleges and universities.
- Mid to Late October: First Round Interviews Begin
- End of October/Early November: First Round Interviews Continue/Second Round Interviews Begin
- By November 22nd: Finalist Candidates Notified

Operations Assistant Position Timeline:
- August 28: Application Go-Live.
- Oct 28 – Dec 11: OA position Interviews.
- By Dec 13: Finalist Candidates Notified for OA positions.
Summer Positions timeline
- October 7: Application Go-Live.
- Oct 28 – Dec 15: 1st wave Interviews for summer positions.
- Jan 20: Finalist Candidates Notified summer candidates from 1st wave.
- Jan 20- March 21: 2nd wave Interviews for summer positions.
- By March 21: Finalist Candidates Notified for summer positions.
